Brian D. Smith is a graduate of the University of North Carolina – Greensboro. Brian began his construction career shortly after graduating in 1985 purchasing individual properties, rehabbing them and turning them into rental properties. Since 2002 Brian has focused on the construction, development, marketing, and association management of for sale and rental developments. Today Brian owns three companies in the construction & real estate industry (WB Properties of North Carolina, WB Properties & Construction, and Back to Normal Restoration) operating in Ocean Isle Beach, NC.

Robert Morrison

Robert Morrison attended North Carolina University from 1974-1979, after graduation he started his career with the Anderson Little Company in Greenville, SC after locating back to his hometown of Fayetteville, NC he started his construction career with Fayetteville Building Supply in 1984, he has been with WB Properties and Construction for the past 10 years.

George Dobson

George Dobson is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BS degree in Environmental Design, and completed his graduate course work in Civil Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology. After graduation, George started his career as an Environmental Planner with the State of Georgia. George began his construction career as a Project Manager with an international developer overseeing projects throughout the United States and Asia. He later went on to be the Chief Operating Officer for an affiliate construction company. During the course of his construction career, he has provided management leadership in industrial, commercial and multifamily residential projects. George holds unlimited general contractor licenses in multiple states.

Roger Morrell

Roger Morrell has over 30 years of construction experience, working in all aspects from Laborer, Carpenter, Project Superintendent, to Project Manager, with over 25 years total experience in Leadership and Management. Roger has supervised commercial, industrial, and residential projects ranging in volume from $500k to $20M, including multi-story hotels, condominiums, multi-family, schools, university buildings, resort clubhouses, corporate office buildings, and warehouse and manufacturing.
Roger has received two awards for project management and one for project of the year. He also has numerous certificates in training in Project Management Software, Scheduling, and Concrete and Masonry practices. Roger’s field experience combined with his years in Project Management, greatly accents his ability to provide reliable scheduling and insight into the construction process from inception to completion.
Roger also has a passion for people who have struggled with life controlling problems and founded a non-profit ministry as well as a transition home for men that helped them overcome these struggles through teaching and one on one mentoring. Roger has two children and he and his wife Clarissa reside in Shallotte, NC.

Robert W. Mann

Robert W. Mann is a 1993 graduate of Clemson University. Robert began his construction career shortly after graduation as an Assistant Superintendent in Single Family Homebuilding. In 1998, Robert crossed over into Multifamily Construction. In the mid/late-2000’s Robert began transitioning from a Project Superintendent to a Project Manager which he continues to date fulltime. In addition to Single and Multifamily construction, he also has experience in Assisted Living and Commercial Construction.

Alicia Dominguez was born in Guerrero, Mexico. She received her Associate in Arts Degree from Palm Beach Community College in West Palm Beach, FL in 2000. In 2003 she attended Florida Atlantic University where she studied Psychology. Alicia resides in Shallotte, NC with her husband and two children and enjoys the beach lifestyle. Alicia began her career with WBP&C in 2016 as the president and owner’s executive assistant. One of the many diverse skills she offer s to WBP&C is her bilingual (English & Spanish) ability.

Ashley L. Carter is a graduate of ITT Tech. Ashley began her construction carrier in 2007 as a receptionist for a single-family custom home builder and quickly worked her way up to an estimator, helping to create takeoffs and purchasing materials. Ashley was hired by WBP&C in 2012, and after completing college and obtaining her Associates Degree in Construction Management, she has become a production manager with the task of overseeing the daily construction activities of all the Project Coordinators and assisting in creating takeoffs, estimating and overseeing the purchasing of materials and labor on all of the projects.

Janet Brinkley

Janet Brinkley is a graduate of RCC and Stiles Machinery. Janet began a career in the cabinet production industry in 1998 as a certified CNC machine operator and machine shop assistant. In 2014 Janet began her career in construction as a Project Coordinator at WB Properties & Construction. Janet works with the Project Managers and Superintendents to coordinate new ground up projects in North Carolina. She maintains project drawings, bids, drawing schedules, purchase orders, and subcontracts. Janet also creates job books and maintains safety information for job sites along with managing invoices for deliveries of materials and labor.
